Transit time is typically 4-7 business days, for a total delivery time of 5-10 business days.

The order cut-off time is 7:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. All shipping is free under our method "Free Shipping".
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. You can use this information to track your package until it arrives at your address.
5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are handled by mail only; in-store returns are not accepted for online orders.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item was ordered.

Return processing time is 7 days.

For damaged packages, please submit a photo to our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, refunds, credit notes, or replacements cannot be issued.
6. Are there any restocking fees?
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.
7. What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery?

Take a photo of the damaged package.
