How to Cancel an Order

If the order has not yet been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In this case, you may return the item under our Return Policy within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer if the wrong item was ordered.

Return processing time is 7 days after the returned package is received.
Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.

Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
